
Stockport County CEO, Jonathan Vaughan, has discussed the club’s Covid-19 response and its future plans in a short video interview.
Speaking to Jon Keighren, Jonathan discussed how the club has navigated the coronavirus outbreak, which has hit the sport sector very hard. The County CEO also expressed his appreciation for the support from fans and the community in Stockport which has rallied around the club in recent weeks.
Jonathan reconfirmed the strong financial position of the club going into the crisis, and spoke positively of the input of new Stockport County’s new owner, Mark Stott, and his ambitions for the club’s future success. Despite the crisis, the club remains committed to further investment in its facilities and its long term strategy.
