LATEST – ROADWORKS UPDATE FOR STOCKPORT

Below is a list of the latest roadworks in Stockport:  

• British Telecom is carrying out work to replace a telephone pole on Mauldeth Road in Heaton Mersey, at the junction with Whitehurst Road. These works require the use of two-way signals and will take place from 14^th to 15^th August 2013, between the hours of 9.30am and 3.00pm only.
• Carriageway resurfacing work will be carried out on Wilmslow Road, Heald Green between Queensway and Bolshaw Road. The work starts on 13^th August and is expected to take up to one week to complete.
• Carriageway resurfacing works are being carried out on Newhall Road. Work began on 12^th August and is expected to take up to one week to complete. The work takes between 8.00am and 5.00pm daily. Signed diversions are in place.
