Stockport Property and Estates Management company Fairhurst Estates’s client Speedy Hire is celebrating after posting a rise and return to pre-tax profit during Q2&3 of 2012.
Based in Newton-le-Willows, Speedy Hire has been focussing on its core customers and markets that has turned a pre-tax loss of £2.3m in 2011 into a pre-tax profit of £4.7m. Fairhurst Estates Limited’s Managing Director John Thornley commented:
“We are delighted that Speedy Hire have published such positive results despite a previously challenging trading period. Fairhurst Estates (FEL) provide commercial property services including surveying and project management to Speedy Hire and recently managed the development of a new Speedy superstore in Cardiff,”.
