Tributes poured in for north west entrepreneur Edwina Lilley, who has died after a short illness at the age of 54.
Edwina and her husband, Derek, founded the Est Est Est, Restaurant Bar and Grill and Piccolino restaurant chains and a trade magazine for the sector before establishing software provider Fourth Hospitality, which changed hands last year for more than £50m.
Her funeral has been held in Cheshire but it is thought a memorial service may take place at a later date for her friends and colleagues in the industry.
